I work between operational reality and technical structure. At Upay, that means internal workflow tools, dashboards, reporting, and automation shaped around how teams actually make decisions.

My research practice asks a related question: how can an intelligent system remain useful when its inputs are incomplete? C-MAT explored that through MRI, resting-state EEG, modality dropout, and cross-modal alignment across 1,400+ records.

I am strongest when a problem is still ambiguous—mapping the actors, constraints, failure modes, and evidence before deciding what deserves to become software.
